‘Web Content Accessibility’ aims to make content accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities such as blindness, deafness, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity and combinations of these. It is also about making content more accessible to users in general.

How to Change the Browser Text Size

Many websites, including Qcity Transit site, use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to control the size and color of text on the screen. In order for you to manually resize the text in your browser, please do the following:

Internet Explorer

  • In your browser menu:
    View » Text Size » choose a text size from the list

FireFox

  • In your browser menu:
    View » Text Size » choose a text size from the list

Opera

  • In your browser menu:
    View » Zoom » choose percentage from the list

Netscape

  • In your browser menu:
    Edit » Preferences » Appearance » Fonts » choose a text size from the list
